Well, I haven’t posted much here for a while.  That will be one on my New Years resolutions.

Things have slowed down here for the holidays and because we took November off for vacation.

I am getting excited about the new year – I will be doing my Qigong and Health class starting in January. It has been a couple years since my last one.  It will be in a small venue, so if you really want to get in on it, let me know soon.

Well, we’re back from our vacation.  Back for about a month noe.  It was good to see some sun.

Winter has been extended here in Oregon to make sure we get enough rain.

The clinic is open Tuesday and Thursday 9-5 and Saturday Mornings by appointment.

As for classes, I was thinking of a spring qigong class but I have put off the preparations and I will probably just drop it and wait for fall.
