B12 for Fatigue

Many of us are B12 deficient, more so as we age. It is inexpensive and easy to treat.

B12 is needed to build your blood. You only need a little, but many find it difficult to absorb.

People that have a difficulty absorbing B12 tend to have:

  • Impaired digestion
  • Low hydrochloric acid production in the stomach
  • Food allergies – especially dairy

Some possible signs of blood deficiency (you may not be anemic by Western standards):

  • Dizziness – especially when getting up fast
  • Numbness in hands and/or feet
  • Low blood pressure
  • Hard stools
  • Dry skin
  • Short periods
  • Light or heavy menstrual bleeding
  • Fatigue
  • Brain fog
